Andreya DiMarco focuses her practice on employment law and transactional matters.
Andreya’s legal experience includes familiarity with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the New Jersey Civil Rights Act, and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act. She has defended clients in federal court, state court, and before administrative agencies like the EEOC and DCR.
While litigation is a component of Andreya’s practice, she also advises both private and public sector clients on day-to-day issues related to contracts, policies, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, medical leave, accommodations, and compliance. Another critical focus of Andreya’s practice is drafting contracts, restrictive covenants, policies, procedures, and handbooks. Andreya further prepares and conducts employment discrimination and harassment training for clients.
Although Andreya focuses her practice on employment law, she has assisted clients with a myriad of legal issues including educational law matters, commercial matters, and intellectual property matters.
Prior to commencing her career as an attorney in private practice, Andreya was the law clerk to the Honorable Stephen L. Petrillo, J.S.C. in the Essex County Family Division. Andreya is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
