Catherine L. Wachtell graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Catherine earned her Juris Doctorate in 2021 from Fordham University School of Law, where she served on the Lincoln Square Legal Services Family Advocacy Clinic and was a member of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.
After law school, Catherine served as law clerk to the Honorable Darren J. Del Sardo, J.S.C., Passaic County Civil Division, where she actively assisted in deciding applications and other requests for relief brought before the Court by private citizens, corporations, and government entities in all areas of civil law. Catherine also served as a mediator in Special Civil Court where she helped resolve numerous actions between litigious parties.
Catherine’s practice will expand upon her experience with civil litigation and will focus in the areas of commercial and business law, labor and employment, and education.
Catherine was born and raised in Morris County. She is an accomplished equestrian show jumper.
