Dalila earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School, Newark in 2023. While there, she served as President of the Student Bar Association, a Student Attorney in the Special Education and Health Law Clinic, as well as Symposium Editor of the Rutgers Race and Law Review. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Arts from Union College.
Upon graduating from Rutgers Law, Dalila was awarded the Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award for Exceptional Service and the Sera Ramcharitar Memorial Award, given to the student who has excelled in work on behalf of the underprivileged.
Prior to joining Hatfield Schwartz, Dalila practiced commercial litigation and management side employment law at a mid-sized regional law firm.
Outside of the office, Dalila is a huge fan of pop culture trivia, and enjoys cooking, baking, and listening to music.
