Throughout his career, Lawrence S. Schwartz has devoted his practice to Employment, Commercial, and Education law and was one of the first lawyers in New Jersey to focus his practice on the representation of Public School districts and Independent Schools throughout the State of New Jersey.
Larry has represented numerous educational entities, both private and public, across the State for over 50 years. Larry also has served as President of the New Jersey School Boards Association, a Commissioner of the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission, and a member of the Rutgers University Board of Governors. Throughout the course of his career Larry has lectured on a myriad of legal issues across the country.
Larry is active in both the legal and non-legal community. He has received the New Jersey School Boards Association Distinguished Service Award, has served on the Leadership Council for Lafayette College, and was recently honored as Northwest New Jersey Chabad Center’s Man of the Year.
Larry has been named as a Super Lawyer, has an AV rating, and has been named as a “Best Lawyer in America in Employment Law” by Woodford White Publication.
