Pamela Fleming graduated from Rutgers the State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Pamela earned her Juris Doctorate in 2020 from Seton Hall University School of Law. She also served as a legal extern for the Honorable Steven C. Mannion then a United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
After graduating from law school, Pamela was an attorney at an international law firm in New York where she was seconded to an international investment bank's litigation and investigations department. Pamela then moved to a large regional firm in New Jersey where she practiced securities law and commercial litigation before joining Hatfield Schwartz. Prior to law school Pamela was a civil litigation and employment law paralegal.
Pamela's practice will focus primarily on litigation defense and counseling for employers facing complex legal issues that span the spectrum of labor and employment matters.
Pamela was born in Pennsylvania and raised in New Jersey. Outside of the office, Pamela enjoys spending time with friends and family, theater, and Pilates.
