Toni is a life-long resident of New Jersey and has spent over fifteen years dedicated to employment practice throughout New Jersey.
Throughout her career, she has represented and counseled both employers and employees and has assisted in navigating employment claims under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the Conscientious Employee Protection Act, as well as the New Jersey Wage and Hour Law and the New Jersey Wage Payment Law.
On top of her litigation experience, Toni also has experience providing advice and counsel to both private and public employers on discrimination; harassment; retaliation; medical, sick and FMLA leave; workplace accommodations; and wage-and-hour compliance.
Prior to commencing her career as an attorney in private practice, Toni served two years with AmeriCorps National Service in Central New Jersey as well as was honored with the Class of 1995 Graduation Award for her contributions to public service on behalf of the law school. Toni is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association 2009.
